How To Be Automatically Notified of New Listings

Included in our Free Membership is the ability to be automatically notified of any NEW listings that meet your specific requirements. We call this notice a Saved Search. Once you set up a Saved Search, we will automatically email you every time a NEW listing is posted that meet your exact requirements. This saves you an enormous amount of time from having to constantly browse our website to find out what's new! Just set up a Saved Search and we'll do the rest!!

You can set up a Saved Search to be as specific as "All 4 Bedroom Homes For Sale with Pool Within 1/2 Mile to Shul in Miami Beach, FL 33140" or as general as "All Homes For Rent in California". Not only that, you can set up numerous Saved Searches. You're not limited to just one! And, it's very easy. Here's how...

1. Make sure that you're logged into Walk2Shul.com
2. You need to access our Advanced Search form. To do so, click on any of the following links:
   
   "Advanced Search" - found in the upper left sidebar "Quick Search" section.
   
   "Search Properties" - found at the very bottom of every web page.
3. On the Advanced Search form, enter whatever criteria you want to search for. It can be as general or as specific as you want. Please keep in mind, however, that the more specific you make your search, the fewer the results.
   
   Click the "Search" button to continue.
4. If there are listings in our system that meet your criteria then you should be presented with the Search Results page.
   
   To create a Saved Search, click on the link that says "Save This Search", which can be found below the Search Results title.
   
   Please Note: If you are not receiving any search results, it may be that your criteria is too specific. If so, try removing a criteria at a time until you receive the appropriate results.
   
   If your search does not produce any results, you'll receive a message stating as such, but there will be a link to "Save This Search". So, you can still create a Saved Search even if there are no listings currently available.
5. Enter a name for your Saved Search and click OK.
6. You will be brought to the Saved Searches section of your Account, where you can see your newly created Saved Search.
7. Check the checkbox for "Notify By Email" and click the "Update" button.
   
   That's it!! Now you'll be automatically notified every time a new listing that matches your Saved Search is added to Walk2Shul.com
