Each Multi-Ad Package allows you to pre-purchase a specific number of ads to place over a term of 6 months. During the term, you can delete an ad and replace it with another. At the end of the term, all the ads connected to the Package will expire; or, you can renew the Multi-Ad Package (which will renew all current ads) for another 6-month term.
Only one Multi-Ad Package can be purchased at a time.

What is a "Featured Property"?
Purchasing a "Deluxe" Multi-Ad Package, makes each listing a "Featured Property". Featured Properties are a great way to increase your ad's exposure. They appear on all pages on the left side, and in the main section while browsing geographic locations. They also appear above all Basic Ads on a search results page. Featured Properties are category-specific, so your ad's visibility increases as visitors browse closer to your ad's specific area!

Questions & Answers About Multi-Ad Packages
I'm a Realtor, but I'm not Jewish. Can I still advertise on Walk2Shul?
Absolutely! Everyone is welcome to list on Walk2Shul. The only stipulation is that the property is less than 1.5 miles walking distance to an Orthodox synagogue. (not Conservative or Reform synagogues).
How do I purchase a Multi-Ad Package?
If you have not yet registered as a member of Walk2Shul, simply click on the "Buy Now" button next to the specific Multi-Ad Package that you want to purchase. Your member account will be created during the process of purchasing the Multi-Ad Package.
If you are already a member of Walk2Shul, please log into your account. Click on the "Payment" link under "Account Options". On the next page, you will see "To purchase or renew a Multi-Ad Package, Click Here" below your User Menu. Click on the link to purchase a Multi-Ad Package.
I purchased the Deluxe 6-Ad Package and posted all 6 listings. If a property is sold, can I delete that listing and replace it with another property?
Yes. We do allow you to "recycle" your ad. This is only allowed for Multi-Ad Packages. So, at any given time, during the 6 months of your Deluxe 6-Ad Package, you can have up to 6 different properties listed. If a property is sold, withdrawn, or expires, you can deleted that ad and add another listing. This feature is only available for Mulit-Ad Packages and NOT for single ads.
Can I purchase more than one Multi-Ad Package at a time?
No. Only one Multi-Ad Package can be purchased, and active, at a time. But you can upgrade (or downgrade) your package at any time.
I'm not really sure which Package to purchase. Any suggestions?
We suggest that you purchase a Package that is in line with your current production. So don't purchase a 12-Ad Package if you only have 5 listings. Even if you think that your production will grow. Base it on the current market. Don't base it on projections.
If you're still unsure, we suggest starting with a smaller Package. You can always upgrade later.
I'm a Broker with a team of Realtors. Can I purchase the large Multi-Ad Package and let my different team members post listings?
Each property listing (in your Package) can have a different Contact Person and Phone Number assigned to it, so you can assign individual Realtors to different listings. We suggest that you have only one person (ie. assistant) log in to your account to place/manage the listings and assign the Realtors.
The only thing you cannot change is the email address for your Walk2Shul account. So, if a visitor decides to email the "contact person" for one of your listings, then you will be the one to receive the email. You can always forward it to the respective Realtor.
Multi-Ad Packages also work well for developers.
When do each of the listings in the Package expire?
All current listings expire when the Multi-Ad Package you purchased expires. The earlier in the term (from the date of purchase) that you post a listing, the longer its exposure on our site.
Can I renew my Multi-Ad Package?
Yes. You will receive an email notice prior to your Package expiring. You can then decide to renew or not. If you renew your Multi-Ad Package, then all current listings in the Package will be renewed as well.
Can I upgrade my current Multi-Ad Package to one that offers more listings?
Yes. You can upgrade your Multi-Ad Package at any time. We recommend that you only upgrade when your current Package has maxed out its listings. Don't upgrade until you've used up all your available listings. The following is very important to know regarding upgrading Packages:
- The full amount of the new Package will be charged. There is no prorating of rates.
- All current listings will be transferred to your new Multi-Ad Package.
- All current listings will inherit the new expiration date of the new Multi-Ad Package.
If I cancel my Multi-Ad Package, will I receive a refund?
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds, as stated in our Ad Guidelines and Rules.
