Congregation Bais Torah is a warm and friendly Orthodox shul, founded by Rabbi Berel Wein over 30 years ago. We’re a kehilla that offers the best of all worlds. With over 350 members, we are one of the largest and most dynamic congregations in the vibrant Monsey area.

Our location is ideal! Only 30 miles northwest of Manhattan in a picturesque town Money Magazine rated as one of the best places to live in America. We’re a shul where each individual counts and Jews of all ages and backgrounds are warmly welcomed into our midst.

We offer three daily Minyanim, two Daf Yomi shiurim, a full program of classes, a guest lecture series, a Scholar in Residence program, an active Sisterhood, youth activities and a host of Shabbos and Yom Tov programs.

Our community has an eruv, mikvaos, a Chevra Kadisha and kosher shopping and dining of almost every type. There are over 25 elementary-level yeshivos and yeshiva high schools, day care centers, nursery schools, day camps and yeshivos gedolos.

Rockland Community College is within walking distance of our shul and our public transportation system and highways offer easy access to New York City, Northern New Jersey, and Westchester.
